You are a newly qualified dentist. Dr Hughes, an experienced colleague, has seemed exhausted for weeks, has snapped at nurses and has made a couple of small mistakes in patients' notes. You asked him for a quick word at the end of the day, and he has agreed. Talk to him. You have five minutes.

What this kind of station tests
A scene played with a trained role player, in which the task is almost never the information and almost always the person.
