Privacy Policy

Last updated 30/06/26. This policy explains how MedAdmit handles your personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

⚠️ Have this reviewed by a solicitor or data-protection adviser before publishing, and register with the ICO if required. Fill in every [bracket].

1. Who we are

MedAdmit is a trading name of Jayden Sammut ("we", "us"), the data controller for your personal data. Contact address: 128 Tiverton Road, Birmingham B29 6BT. Email: jaydensammut155@gmail.com

2. What we collect

Contact details (name, email, phone); payment reference details; and programme data including attendance records, check-in responses, mock scores and content-completion logs. We may also collect your UCAT result confirmation where you make a Guarantee refund claim.

3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

To deliver the programme, operate the Score Guarantee, and provide support, lawful basis: performance of our contract with you. To send service updates, lawful basis: contract. For marketing, only where you have given consent. To meet legal obligations (e.g. tax records), lawful basis: legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

Processors who help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and your programme data), Brevo (email), Bunny (video delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Medify/MedEntry where you link mock results. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your data. Where a processor is outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep programme and Guarantee data for 5 years to handle any refund claim, and financial records for 6 years as required by law. After that we delete or anonymise it.

6. Recordings

Live seminars may be recorded for quality and catch-up. Recordings are kept until the end of the testing window and then deleted. Tell us in advance if you do not wish to appear on camera or audio.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email jaydensammut155@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we ask that you contact us first.

8. Cookies

This site uses essential cookies required for it to function (session, login, security), which do not require consent. It also uses Google Analytics (GA4) for site analytics. Until you accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics runs in a consent-denied mode: it sets no cookies and stores no identifiers on your device, and only reports anonymous, aggregated traffic. If you accept, it may then use cookies to measure visits across pages and sessions. The Meta Pixel, which we use for ad measurement, sets cookies as soon as it loads and therefore does not load at all unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for medadmit.co.uk and reloading.
