Privacy Policy
Last updated 30/06/26. This policy explains how MedAdmit handles your personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
MedAdmit is a trading name of Jayden Sammut ("we", "us"), the data controller for your personal data. Contact address: 128 Tiverton Road, Birmingham B29 6BT. Email: jaydensammut155@gmail.com
2. What we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone); payment reference details; and programme data including attendance records, check-in responses, mock scores and content-completion logs. We may also collect your UCAT result confirmation where you make a Guarantee refund claim.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
To deliver the programme, operate the Score Guarantee, and provide support, lawful basis: performance of our contract with you. To send service updates, lawful basis: contract. For marketing, only where you have given consent. To meet legal obligations (e.g. tax records), lawful basis: legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
Processors who help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and your programme data), Brevo (email), Bunny (video delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Medify/MedEntry where you link mock results. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your data. Where a processor is outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
We keep programme and Guarantee data for 5 years to handle any refund claim, and financial records for 6 years as required by law. After that we delete or anonymise it.
6. Recordings
Live seminars may be recorded for quality and catch-up. Recordings are kept until the end of the testing window and then deleted. Tell us in advance if you do not wish to appear on camera or audio.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email jaydensammut155@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we ask that you contact us first.
