Multiple Mini Interviews across five stations with four different interviewers, taking approximately 55 minutes. Plymouth describes these as not testing medical or scientific knowledge but exploring 'attitudes, outlook and way of thinking'. It does not use the terms 'OSCE-style' or 'unseen cases.' Assessors are drawn from a range of clinicians, academics, students, healthcare professionals and members of the public, and interviews are scored on a numerical scale alongside a red flag section.
