Cumbria notes that 2026-entry UCAT scores differ because the abstract reasoning section was removed, giving a lower maximum total of 2700 rather than 3600. No threshold for a later cycle is published on this page.

It is not restricted to Cumbria residents and applicants from across the UK are encouraged. Cumbria widens access by lowering the admissions test threshold rather than by adding points: for 2026 entry the UCAT minimum was 1960 for standard applicants and 1910 for contextual ones, and the GAMSAT minimum 59 against 53. It also states that this programme does not have any GCSE or A-level requirements at all, which is unusual enough to be worth knowing for a graduate whose school results would rule them out elsewhere. Applications for 2026 entry had closed at the point of checking.
